Portland is in Oregon, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. Getting around Portland is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Oregon's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

"Excellent service with good pricing. The staff were super fast and helpful. I got stuck on the road, and they arrived within minutes to fix my issue at a very reasonable price. Really happy with the service."

The level of unprofessionalism in communication was extremely disappointing. It took four hours to install new bolts, and each bolt was charged at $70. In total, four bolts ended up costing $1,600, which is excessive. Despite the high price, I was still willing to give a 3-4 star rating because the job was completed. However, the way the staff communicated was completely unacceptable and ultimately overshadowed the work itsel

I came here to fix a radiator leak. They installed a new radiator, but the work was shockingly careless and incompetent. The very next day, I discovered,Radiator bolts left loose, causing leaks from the top,Coolant reservoir bolts also loose Zero inspection, zero professionalism, zero pride in their work This is basic mechanic work, and they couldn’t even tighten bolts. Leaving a cooling system loose can blow an engine and destroy a truck. That’s not a mistake that’s negligence. When I called to report their screw-up, the owner turned abusive, rude, and hostile, instead of fixing what they damaged. Completely uneducated behavior for someone running a business. This shop will damage your truck, waste your money, and then disrespect you when you complain. Stay far away. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what this place deserves.

I recently brought my truck to BIG RIG for repairs, and I’m glad I chose them. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward about the work that needed to be done. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms. I appreciated the transparency with pricingβ€”no surprises, and they got my approval before starting any major repairs. They also stuck to their estimated timeline, which was a huge relief since I rely on my truck for work. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and they clearly take pride in what they do. I was especially impressed by how they kept me updated throughout the process and followed up after the job was done to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, BIG Rig delivered excellent service at a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable truck repair. 5++++++ Thank you so much
